Ministry Outreach and Follow-Up Activities

Listeners Follow-Up

At Krusa FM, we value every listener and seek to build strong, personal connections with them. Beyond the broadcasts, we take every opportunity to meet and encourage our audience face to face.

  • Personal Contact: Listeners can phone in to speak directly with our programmers or audience relations team. This gives us the opportunity to answer questions, pray with them, and strengthen their faith.

  • Home Visits: Our team regularly visits listeners in their homes to share the Gospel, offer encouragement, and pray with them in times of need.

  • Community Engagement: In partnership with local churches, we arrange youth events, family seminars, and listener rallies. These gatherings provide fellowship, teaching, and encouragement, and also allow us to distribute radios so more people can hear the Good News daily.

Radio Distribution

One of the most effective ways we extend our reach is through the distribution of solar-powered radios. In partnership with Christian NGOs and local churches, we organize 3–5 radio distribution events each year across Cambodia.

These radios are given to new believers, especially those living in remote areas who cannot afford one. Thanks to donations from FEBC International, the solar-powered units enable thousands of people to listen to Krusa FM broadcasts every day—bringing hope, encouragement, and the Word of God into their homes.

Cambodia Community Bible Institute (CCBI)

The Cambodia Community Bible Institute (CCBI) was established in 2000 with the vision of bringing Christ to the Church through biblical training. Its purpose is to equip Christian leaders in rural areas who cannot attend full-time Bible schools, most of which are located in Phnom Penh.

  • Contextualized Training: Many church leaders in the countryside are busy caring for their families, tending to their farms, and managing daily responsibilities. CCBI brings Bible courses directly to their communities—in their provinces, their villages, and even their local churches.

  • Accessible Learning: With the use of memory speakers and printed course books, leaders can study recorded Bible school lessons at their own pace.

  • Pastoral Partnership: Enrollment requires approval from the students’ pastors, ensuring accountability and alignment with the local church.

  • Impact: Since its founding, more than 500 students have studied with CCBI, with most graduating and receiving certificates. Each month, students are given tests to help measure their growth and strengthen their understanding of God’s Word.

Through CCBI, the Cambodian church is being built up with stronger leaders, better equipped to serve Christ and His Kingdom.

Family Seminars

In addition to broadcasting family programs on air, Krusa FM conducts 5 marriage and family seminars each year across the provinces of Cambodia.

These seminars provide practical training for parents, couples, and families to build healthier relationships, stronger marriages, and Christ-centered homes. Working alongside local pastors and the Cambodian Family Ministry, the seminars use the book Family Strengthening as a core teaching resource.

The impact has been significant: families testify of renewed love, improved communication, and greater harmony in their homes and communities.
